Current members will receive emails containing the AGM booklet, the audited Accounts and the previous minutes from the 2023 AGM before the meeting.

If any received, they will be circulated before the AGM.  If any changes to the rules are to be discussed they need to be put in a Resolution and emailed to janeacourt@aol.com by 28 February 2024.
